Apollo Global Management (APO) co-president John Zito said that companies are increasingly using artificial intelligence for relatively redundant and low IQ tasks that does not justify the high spending for computing power, Bloomberg reported Wednesday.
Only a "handful" of people can use frontier AI tools, and the difference in the kinds of tasks being directed to diverse AI tools will create a new economy for the sector, Zito said, according to Bloomberg.
