Market Chatter: Anthropic Said to Select Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley to Lead IPO

Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic has chosen Goldman Sachs (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) to lead its initial public offering, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is also working on the deal, the report said. Anthropic is considering going public as early as October, according to the report.

The companies didn't immediately reply to requests for comment from.
