AirTrunk is looking to confidentially file for an initial public offering of a real estate investment trust in Singapore, Bloomberg reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The Blackstone-backed data center operator could submit a draft registration to the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading as soon as this week, with an aim to raise as much as $1.5 billion, the people told the news agency.
A potential IPO would give the Singapore market a major boost, with around $912 million already raised this year, the report added.
AirTrunk did not immediately respond to' request for comment.
