Manulife US REIT's (SGX:BTOU) unit, Manulife Financial Corp., filed for the listing of SG$500 million worth of 2.88% subordinated bonds due 2036 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on June 5, the REIT added.
Frencken Group (SGX:E28) issued 58,000 shares following the exercise of options granted under the employees' share option scheme at an exercise price of SG$1.30 apiece, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.The new shares were listed and quoted on the same day, the filing added.
Coforge (NSE:COFORGE, BOM:532541) allotted 12.7 million equity shares to eligible shareholders of Cigniti Technologies under the approved amalgamation scheme, according to a Thursday filing on Indian bourses.The shares were issued on June 3, in a 1:1 exchange ratio to Cigniti shareholders of record on May 16, the filing said.Following the allotment, Coforge's paid-up equity share capital increased to 442.7 million equity shares with a face value of 2 rupees each, aggregating to 885.4 million rupees, it added.Coforge shares rose nearly 1% in recent trade.
ESR REIT (SGX:9A4U) completed the divestment of a portfolio of seven industrial properties across Singapore, for SG$225 million, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.Meanwhile, the completion of the divestment of the 46ATP Property is underway.Following the divestment, the REIT's portfolio comprises 63 income-producing properties across Singapore, Japan and Australia.
