Manulife Financial Prices SG$500 Million Debt Offering

Manulife Financial (HKG:0945, PSE:MFC) priced an offering in Singapore of SG$500 million subordinated notes due June 4, 2036, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The notes will bear interest at a fixed rate of 2.88% until June 4, 2031, and 0.931% plus the then-prevailing five-year SORA OIS rate thereafter until maturity.

The debt offering is expected to close on June 4.

Shenzhen SDMC Technology (HKG:0901) raised HK$570 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.The offer price was set at HK$32.80 per H-share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.The Chinese smart home products provider offered 19.2 million H-shares in the global offering.The Hong Kong public offer was 1,971.99 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 1.9 million shares, representing 10% of the total offering.The international offering was 2.23 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 17.3 million shares, or 90% of the total offering.Shenzhen SDMC Technology is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Wednesday, May 27.

Qfin Books Lower Profit in Q1 as Revenue Falls

Qfin (HKG:3660) recorded 883.3 million yuan in attributable profit for the first quarter of 2026, falling from 1.80 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.Earnings per share were 3.58 yuan, compared with 6.31 yuan in the prior year.Revenue fell to 3.91 billion yuan from 4.69 billion yuan a year earlier.
