Mankind Pharma (BOM:543904, NSE:MANKIND) completed the sale of its entire stake in Broadway Hospitality Services for 490 million rupees in cash, according to a Monday stock exchange filing.
The transaction completes the sale of the unit to AKRK Projects and Partners, which Mankind Pharma announced earlier this month as part of its strategy to divest non-core assets.
