Mango Excellent Media (SHE:300413) appointed Cai Huaijun chairman, according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The media company's shares rose 3% at the close of Friday's trade.
Cai was formerly a deputy general manager and chief financial officer of Happy Sunshine Xingmang Interactive Entertainment Media.
