Malibu Boats Shares Rise After Fiscal Q4 Beat

Malibu Boats (MBUU) shares were up 8.8% in afternoon trading on Thursday after fiscal Q4 results topped analysts' expectations.

The company reported fiscal Q4 adjusted net income of $0.92 per share, up from $0.42 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.78.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $295.5 million, up from $207 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected revenue of $263.9 million.

For fiscal 2027, Malibu said it expects net sales in the range of $1.08 billion to $1.12 billion. Three analysts expect revenue of $1.1 billion.

The company also said its board authorized a $70 million share repurchase program for fiscal 2027.
