Malaysia Smelting (KLSE:MSC) unit Rahman Hydraulic Tin received written approval from Perak's Department of Minerals and Geosciences to resume mining operations, effective Sept. 11.
The approval follows the temporary suspension of mining operations announced Aug. 18, according to a Friday filing.
Rahman Hydraulic Tin said it will continue to comply with regulatory requirements and work with authorities on environmental safety and preservation.
