Malayan Flour Mills (KLSE:MFLOUR) said its wholly-owned subsidiary MFM held its final meeting on Monday to conclude its members' voluntary winding-up, according to a same-day filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.
The liquidator will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the official receiver the return relating to the final meeting, with a copy of the accounts, within seven days.
Following this, the subsidiary will be dissolved three months from the date of lodgment of the return by the liquidator.
MFM's dissolution will not have any material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of MFM Group for the financial year ending Dec. 1.
