Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Names CFO

-- Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India (NSE:MHRIL, BOM:533088) has appointed Rajiv Vimal as the chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the company with effect from July 1, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

He takes over from Vimal Agarwal, who will resign as chief financial officer and key managerial personnel of the company, with effect from June 30, to transition to a new role within the Mahindra Group.

The company's shares were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
