Mabwell Receives U.S., China Regulatory Nod to Begin Trials of IBD Drug

Mabwell (Shanghai) Bioscience (HKG:2493, SHA:688062) has received regulatory approval in China and the U.S. to begin clinical trials of 9MW5211, which targets inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The company's Hong Kong shares fell over 1% in morning trade Friday.
