M-Grass Ecology And Environment Unit Wins 142 Million Yuan Restoration Project Bid

M-Grass Ecology And Environment (SHE:300355) unit subsidiary Happy Grass won the bid for the construction of section two of the Three-North project's integrated protection and restoration of forest, grass, wetland and desert in Urad Rear Banner in Inner Mongolia, China.

The winning bid amount is 141.6 million yuan, according to a Wednesday aftermarket filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

The project involves a 270-day construction period and a five-year management and protection period.

Shares of the ecological company were down 1% Thursday.

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
