Luxshare Precision Industry Advances Hong Kong Listing Application; Shares Jump 10%

Luxshare Precision Industry Co (SHE:002475) said the Hong Kong bourse has reviewed its listing application after the June 18 hearing.

The proposed listing of still requires final clearance from the Hong Kong bourse and Securities and Futures Commission, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Earlier in June, the electronic components manufacturer applied for listing of over 441 million shares, seeking to raise up to $3 billion.

Shares of Luxshare Precision Industry were up 10% in recent trade.

Update: Comet Ridge Secures Commitments for AU$40 million Placement; Shares Hit Five-Year Low
