Lung Ming Green Energy Settles Subcontract Dispute with Hongsheng Construction

Lung Ming Green Energy Technology Engineering (TPE:3018) signed a settlement deal with Hongsheng Construction at the Chinese Arbitration Association in Taipei, Taiwan.

The case stems from a contract dispute regarding electrical and mechanical engineering works for the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport MRT system.

The company said the agreement is not expected to have a material impact on its financial position or operations.
