Lung Ming Green Energy Settles Arbitration Dispute with Hung Sheng Construction

Lung Ming Green Energy Technology Engineering (TPE:3018) reached a formal settlement with Hongsheng Construction to resolve an arbitration dispute related to work on the Taoyuan Airport MRT A14 station project.

Under the agreement, Lung Ming will pay NT$55 million by July 20 to recover two bank guarantee checks with a combined face value of NT$194.9 million and seek cancellation of a bounced-check record, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.

The company said the settlement is not expected to have a material impact on its financial condition or operations.
