Lumos Diagnostics Signs Exclusive Romania Distribution Agreement for Rapid Respiratory Infection Test; Shares Up 10%

Lumos Diagnostics Holdings (ASX:LDX) has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Romania-based Alpha Medical to commercialize its FebriDx rapid point-of-care diagnostic test across Romania, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Alpha Medical has already placed an initial stocking order to ensure the products are available for immediate supply, per the filing.

The partnership expands the company's European distribution network, building on agreements with Henry Schein and Interlux to broaden access to FebriDx through experienced regional partners, the filing added.

The company's shares rose around 10% in recent Thursday trade.
