Lum Chang Holdings' (SGX:L19) attributable profit shot up 133% to SG$28.2 million in the second half of the fiscal year 2026 ended June 30, from SG$12.1 million a year ago, according to a Tuesday filing to the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share climbed to SG$7.52 from SG$3.23 a year earlier, the property developer said.
Revenue during the period jumped 90% to SG$425.4 million from SG$223.8 million.
The company's board has proposed a final ordinary dividend of SG$0.01 per share and a special dividend of SG$0.02 per share.
Lum Chang's shares rose 3.5% in recent trade.
