Lucid Group (LCID) said Thursday that it produced 4,774 vehicles and delivered 3,953 vehicles in Q2.
The electric vehicle maker also named Alexander De Bock as its new chief financial officer, succeeding Taoufiq Boussaid, who is leaving the company.
Lucid also announced other management appointments, including Raja Ramana Macha as chief technology officer, Billy Hayes as chief customer officer, Hugo Martinho as chief transformation officer, and Kay Stepper as president of Lucid Technologies and chief digital officer.
The changes are expected to reduce the number of executives reporting directly to Chief Executive Silvio Napoli by half as part of an effort to improve execution and accountability, the company said.
Lucid shares were 1.1% lower in Thursday trading.
