Lottery (ASX:TLC) priced AU$800 million in senior unsecured notes to be issued by its wholly owned subsidiary L&K Finance, comprising AU$400 million of six-year notes due September 2032 at a 6.326% coupon and AU$400 million of 10-year notes due September 2036 at a 6.825% coupon, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Settlement is expected to take place on Sept. 15, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions, per the filing.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including extending the Victorian Public Lottery License, the filing added.
