Shares of Lotte Chilsung Beverage rose more than 3% at market close.
Pan Ocean (KRX:028670) posted first-quarter net income attributable to shareholders of 94.5 billion won, up 31% from 72.0 billion won a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.The South Korean shipping and logistics company's sales rose 8.3% year over year to 1.509 trillion won from 1.393 trillion won.Shares of Pan Ocean rose nearly 2% at market close.
Equinor (EQNR.OL) renewed major supplier contracts totaling 17 billion Norwegian kroner to support continued production on the Norwegian continental shelf.The agreements, awarded through corporate framework arrangements, cover drilling and well services as well as specialist services, the energy company said Monday.Baker Hughes Norge, Halliburton, and SLB Norge were awarded contracts for drilling and well services. These companies, along with 15 additional suppliers, also secured contracts for specialist services.The renewals form part of Equinor's strategy to sustain production at 1.2 million barrels of oil equivalent per day through 2035, with new wells expected to contribute about 70% of output by that time.
Archer (ARCH.OL) extended its frame agreement with oil and gas giant Equinor (EQNR.OL) to provide TCP services, fishing, and downhole mechanical isolation services.The two-year extension is valued at 700 million Norwegian kroner, according to a Monday release from the Norwegian drilling and well services company.
