Lodha Developers (NSE:LODHA, BOM:543287) has acquired the remaining 20% stake in Bellissimo Infratech, converting the Pune-focused real estate company into a wholly owned subsidiary, according to a Monday Indian bourse filing.
The company paid 735.2 million rupees in cash for the stake, as part of its growth strategy for Pune.
Bellissimo Infratech had a net worth of 973 million rupees as of March 31, 2026, and reported no turnover as it had not commenced operations.
