Locate Technologies (NZE:LOC) is launching an on-market share repurchase program for up to NZ$500,000 worth of shares or up to about 14.9 million shares, whichever is reached first, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The program has a duration of up to 12 months and can be funded using existing cash reserves, the company said.
