Locality Planning Energy Secures AU$7.2 Million Banking Facility with Westpac, Shares Up 12%

Locality Planning Energy Holdings (ASX:LPE) entered a AU$7.2 million secured banking facility with Westpac Banking (ASX:WBC, NZE:WBC) across three tranches, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The banking facility is structured as a AU$3 million project funding facility, a AU$3.7 million line of credit, and a AU$500,000 revolving equipment finance facility.

The banking facility will consolidate the firm's existing facilities into a single arrangement and support its working capital requirements.

Its shares rose 12% in recent trading on Friday.

SJEE Engineering, a subsidiary of Southern Score Builders Berhad (KLSE:SSB8), has secured an order worth 146.5 million ringgit from a local construction company to undertake a subcontract project, according to a Thursday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The company's shares were up nearly 2% in Friday's trade.The subcontract project is for Electrical Package 3 Works for a data center project, and is expected to be completed by Jan. 15, 2028.The project is expected to contribute positively to the net assets and earnings per share of the company from the financial year ending June 30, 2027, until the completion of the project.
