Lloyds Metals and Energy Incorporates Step-Down Subsidiary

Lloyds Metals and Energy (NSE:LLOYDSME, BOM:512455) said its wholly owned subsidiary Lloyds Global Resources FZCO has incorporated Vector Asset Holdings in the Isle of Man, according to an exchange filing.

Vector Asset has a share capital of $1 and will be wholly owned by Lloyds Global Resources, making it a step-down subsidiary of Lloyds Metals.

The new entity will focus on investment holding and financing activities and is intended to support the group's international funding and investment activities, including arrangements with financial institutions.
