Livesense Sets Up Subsidiary to Tackle AI-Driven Technical PR Challenges

By

Livesense (TYO:6054) has resolved to establish a wholly owned subsidiary, Communication Draft on July 1, to address growing challenges in technical public relations for IT engineer recruitment.

The new entity, capitalized at 100 million yen and led by DevRel expert Ryo Kawamata, will offer branding support, technical PR consulting, and owned media management services, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.

The move comes as generative AI floods the web with similar content, making it harder for valuable technical information to stand out, while engineers still prioritize a company's technical culture in career decisions.
