Lite-On Technology's (TPE:2301) subsidiary, Lite-On, agreed to acquire a manufacturing facility and related land in Texas, US, for around $108.6 million, according to a Monday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The purchase covers two buildings measuring around 652,103 square feet as part of the company's capacity-expansion plan.
