Lingyi iTech's Total Share Capital Rises to 8 Billion Shares

Lingyi iTech (HKG:1688, SHE:002600) said its total share capital rose to 8.12 billion shares from 7.31 billion shares following the exercise of stock options and the listing of H-shares, according to an Aug. 28 Hong Kong bourse filing.

The company's share capital increased by 812.9 million shares, comprising 1.1 million shares from stock option exercises and 811.8 million H shares.

The company will amend its articles of association to reflect the changes, subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting.
