LifeTech Scientific's Stent Graft System Included in Chinese Regulators' Special Examination Procedure

LifeTech Scientific's (HKG:1302) SureCham Aortic Arch Single-Branch Stent Graft System was admitted into the special examination and approval procedure for innovative medical devices by China's National Medical Products Administration.

The device was co-developed with Shu Chang's team at Fuwai Hospital, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences of the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, a Thursday bourse filing showed.

The product is indicated for the treatment of aortic dissection involving the aortic arch.

Liquidators Issue Final Notice to Creditors for ST Group Units' Dissolution

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
