Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC) said the Supreme Court of Victoria, Court of Appeal is set to deliver a judgement on Aug. 21 related to the company's applications for leave to appeal certain deferred management fee orders, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company last year submitted applications for leave to appeal the orders issued by Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal President Justice Woodward.
The Court of Appeal reserved its decision following a hearing in June, an earlier filing showed.
Lifestyle Communities shares fell 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
