Life360's (ASX:360) monthly active user growth re-accelerated to 22.3% in July, moving above the roughly 20% rate seen in the previous two months, Jefferies said in a Thursday note, citing Sensor Tower data.
The monthly data, which may not be entirely accurate but is directionally reliable, also shows the June exit rate coming in above the second-quarter average, which is in line with the company's commentary, the investment firm said.
It noted that the prior corresponding period was strong for active user growth, so the trend in July is "encouraging."
Life360's management also retained fiscal 2026 guidance for monthly active user growth of 17% to 20%, while consensus estimates are at the lower end of that range at 17.4%, Jefferies said.
It maintained a buy rating on Life360 with a price target of AU$29.
