Life Time (LTH) said Wednesday it officially launched the Life Time Social private membership community at Life Time Sky in New York City.

The new community will focus on wellness, connection and entertainment, with events centered around destination weekends and cultural events.

The company said member applications are now available for those on the waitlist, and the next event will take place in November during the Life Time Phoenix Half Marathon & 10K weekend. Life Time Social will subsequently host experiences at Life Time destinations nationwide.

Tempest Therapeutics Gains Option to License New In-Body CAR-T Technology From Senlang

Tempest Therapeutics (TPST) signed an exclusive option agreement with China's Hebei Senlang Biotechnology to license a clinical-stage technology that delivers CAR-T cancer treatments directly inside the body, along with a portfolio of related drug candidates.The portfolio includes an early-stage treatment that targets two proteins linked to multiple myeloma and is now being tested in a phase 1 study, Tempest said Tuesday in a statement.
