Liberty Financial Group Declares Quarterly Dividend

Liberty Financial Group (ASX:LFG) declared a dividend of AU$0.075 per share for the quarter ending June 30, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The dividend will be paid on June 22 to shareholders on record as of June 5.

The company paid the same dividend for the previous quarter, an earlier filing showed.

Carnarvon Energy (ASX:CVN) contracted the Transocean Equinox semi-submersible rig for a multi-well drilling program offshore Western Australia's Bedout sub-basin, with operations scheduled to begin in April 2027, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The campaign is designed to evaluate the resource potential of key prospects including Ara, Yuma, Goats Eye, and Hutton identified within the Bedout MegaMerge 3D seismic survey, per the filing.The rig was selected through a competitive tender process initiated in early 2025 and is currently operating offshore Victoria before transitioning to the program, the filing said.The campaign comprises one firm and one contingent well, with total estimated costs of around AU$20 million if both are drilled, to be funded from the company's AU$98 million cash balance as of March 31, the filing added.

Pro Medicus Unit Renews AU$28 Million Deal With Allegheny Health Network

Pro Medicus' (ASX:PME) US subsidiary Visage Imaging has renewed its partnership with Allegheny Health Network (AHN) through a five-year contract valued at around AU$28 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The agreement also broadens AHN's use of Visage technology by incorporating Visage 7 workflow, per the filing.AHN operates an integrated network of 14 hospitals, around 2,500 beds, and over 200 primary and specialty care practices across more than 300 clinical sites, the filing added.
