The company reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.16 per diluted share, down from $1.36 per share a year earlier.

Total revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $516.0 million, up from $488.2 million a year earlier.
Three analysts expected $489.2 million.
The homebuilder reported Q2 home closings of 1,365 units, up from 1,323 a year earlier. Two analysts polled by FactSet expected 1,365.
For 2026, the homebuilder said it expects home closings of between 4,600 and 5,400 units.
