AI transformation company LG CNS (KRX:064400) has secured a contract for Copilot, Microsoft's enterprise AI, with LG Electronics (KRX:066570) amounting to 257.8 billion won, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The contract will run from Nov. 1 to Oct. 31, 2031.
Shares of LG CNS and LG Electronics rose 3% and 7%, respectively, in recent trade.
