Lenskart Solutions (NSE:LENSKART, BOM:544600) acquired an additional 1.80% stake in augmented and mixed-reality developer Dimension NXG, operating as Ajna, for nearly 78 million rupees, according to a Sunday filing with the Indian bourses.
The acquisition lifts Lenskart's holding in Ajna to 9.01% from 7.21%, following earlier purchases in February and July.
