Lendlease Group Swings to Fiscal 2026 Loss, Revenue Down

Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) logged AU$0.821 in operating loss per share for fiscal 2026, compared with a profit of AU$0.559 a year ago, a Monday filing showed.

For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$5.43 billion versus AU$7.75 billion previously, the Australia-listed real estate firm added.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.095 per share, payable Sept. 16 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 24.

The company expects investments, development, and construction earnings of between AU$0.37 and AU$0.41 in fiscal 2027.

Longfor Warns of Lower H1 Profit

Longfor (HKG:0960) expects profit attributable to owners of between 1.8 billion yuan and 2 billion yuan for the six months ended June 30, down from 3.22 billion yuan a year prior.The property developer attributed the forecast to a continued decline in recognized revenue from the property development business and pressure on the recognized gross profit margin.
