Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) plans to purchase around 6.6 million of its securities on-market from around Aug. 25 to fund its employee security plan, deferred rights vesting, and employee awards, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The purchases, which will vary depending on the share price, are expected to be completed by Sept. 15, with the securities held in an employee share plan trust until they vest, the filing added.
