Lemon Tree Hotels Licenses Two New Hotels in Nepal, Andhra Pradesh

Lemon Tree Hotels (NSE:LEMONTREE, BOM:541233) has signed license agreements for the new properties Lemon Tree Hotel, Siddharthanagar in Nepal and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.

Both hotels will be managed by the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.

The Siddharthanagar property will have 120 rooms, while the Vijayawada hotel will feature 70 rooms, along with food and beverage, meeting and recreational facilities, the company said.
