Shenzhen Leading Semiconductor Industry (SHA:603991) Chief Financial Officer Li Jinfu has resigned, citing personal reasons, according to a Wednesday filing to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Wang Jing succeeded Li as CFO, the semiconductor packaging materials company said.
Shares fell 5% during afternoon trading on Wednesday.
