Leader Environmental Technologies (SGX:LS9) voluntarily liquidated Bituo Environmental Technologies (Tianjin) in China, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Bituo had been dormant for the past two financial years and was a unit of the company's subsidiary, United Greentech (Guangzhou). Its key assets, patents and intellectual property have been transferred to United Greentech (Tianjin), which is the group's main operating subsidiary that provides sludge treatment services.
