LCI Industries Chief Executive Jason Lippert to Retire; Interim Successor Named

LCI Industries (LCII) said Thursday that President and Chief Executive Jason Lippert is retiring and has stepped down from his position.

The company has tapped Independent Director Johnny Sirpilla to serve as interim CEO, effective immediately, while Lippert will remain as an adviser for one year to aid in the transition. Sirpilla has been a member of the company's board since 2019.

The board will conduct a search, both within and outside the company, for a permanent CEO.

LCI Industries also said that Virginia Henkels has been named Chair of the Board, succeeding Tracy Graham, who has stepped down after 10 years on the board.

Shares of the company fell more than 6% pre-bell Thursday.

Aeva Technologies Launches $100 Million Follow-on Public Offering, Shares Fall After-Hours

Aeva Technologies (AEVA) said late Wednesday it launched a follow-on public offering of $100 million of its common stock.Underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $15 million of the company's shares, according to a statement.The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including meeting commercial interest in AI infrastructure and Co-Packaged Optics, along with demand for its existing applications.Shares fell more than 9% in after-hours trading.
