LARGAN Precision Co (TPE:3008) has approved an investment of NT$ 2 billion in its wholly-owned subsidiary Bafang International Investment, according to a Monday filing to the Taiwan stock exchange.
The company's shares were down nearly 3% in Tuesday's trade.
For the long-term investment, Bafang will issue 200 million shares at an issue price of NT$10 per share to LARGAN.
