Largan Precision (TPE:3008) acquired a land parcel and building in Taichung, Taiwan, for NT$561.4 million.
The property will be purchased from Ever Rich Fountain Enterprise, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange. It comprises 4,124 square meters of land and an 8,834.67-square-meter building.
The acquisition will support the smartphone camera lenses supplier's future capacity expansion.
