Largan Precision (TPE:3008) agreed to acquire land and buildings in Taichung, Taiwan, for NT$3.08 billion.
The property will be purchased from Ke Hung Industrial, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The property comprises 20,800.47 square meters of land, and 23,319.05 square meters of buildings.
The acquisition will meet the company's future capacity expansion needs.
