Laopu Gold (HKG:6181) expects a non-IFRS adjusted net profit of between 4.31 billion yuan and 4.36 billion in the first half of 2026, up 83% to 85% from a year prior.
Revenue for the six months is expected to rise by 60% to 66% to between 19.8 billion yuan and 20.5 billion yuan, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The gold jewelry manufacturer attributed the forecast to an expansion of brand influence and the optimization and iteration of its products leading to a higher revenue.
Other factors include improvements in high-value customer consumption, gold ornament and vessel consumption, and repurchase rate.
