Lands' End (LE) said Tuesday it has appointed Charlie Cole as chief executive officer and member of the board, starting July 13.
Cole will succeed Andrew McLean, who is stepping down but will serve in an advisory role during the transition, the company said.
Cole most recently worked as an interim chief digital officer at Thuma, the company added.
Shares of the company were down more than 8% in Tuesday trading.
