Landmark REIT (SGX:D5IU) will cease quarterly reporting of its financials, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the REIT were up over 14% in Friday trading.
The disclosure comes after external auditors gave the company a clean audit opinion.
The REIT was placed on the quarterly reporting list by the Singapore Exchange Regulation during the third quarter of 2023.

China Bohai Bank (HKG:9668) completed the issuance of 9 billion yuan in tier 2 capital bonds in China's interbank bond market, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the lender were up more than 1% in late morning trade on Friday.The bonds are 10-year fixed-rate notes with an issuer redemption option at the end of the fifth year and carry a coupon rate of 2.10%.The bank said proceeds from the issuance will be used entirely to replenish its tier 2 capital.
