L&F Provides KRW30 Billion Loan to Subsidiary L&F Plus

L&F Plus took out a loan of 30 billion won from its parent and battery materials producer L&F (KRX:066970) to secure funds for new facility investment, according to a filing with the Korea Exchange on Thursday.

The loan period is from May 29 to Dec. 30. The loan amount is equivalent to 4.43% of L&F Plus' total equity capital, it said.

Shares of L&F added over 13% at market close.
