L. B. Foster Names New COO, CFO

L. B. Foster (FSTR) said Thursday it has appointed William Thalman as chief operating officer and executive vice president, and Sean Reilly as chief financial officer and senior vice president, effective June 1.

Thalman currently serves as CFO of the company, and Reilly as controller and principal accounting officer, the firm said.

The company also said Timothy Curran, currently serving as vice president of tax and treasury of the company, is appointed as the firm's controller and principal accounting officer.
